We're a small factory, so we don't pretend to have GRS chain-of-custody and FDA letters of no objection. What we do have: clean traceable input, batch-level COA, optional third-party SGS retest, and a boss who picks up the phone.
What You Get with Every Container
Batch COA — every shipment
MFI, density, ash content tested in-house on every production batch. PDF sent to your email before the container leaves the port.
Optional third-party SGS test
For first orders or sensitive applications, we'll send a sample to SGS Ningbo and forward the report. You pay the lab fee, we handle the logistics.
Traceable input
We can name the home-appliance OEM each batch's scrap came from. No mystery feedstock. Photos of the source pile available on request.
Grade-coded labeling
Every 25 kg bag and 1-ton FIBC carries the grade code, batch number, production date and MFI range. No "mixed PP" with no label.
Containerization care
FIBCs strapped to pallets, desiccant inserted for sea freight, container floor lined for clean transfer. Sounds basic — many small mills skip it.
Make-it-right policy
If a batch's MFI is outside our stated tolerance, we'll send replacement bags on the next shipment or refund pro-rata. Documented in our PI terms.
The Five-Step Workshop Flow
Source pickup
We collect off-spec & edge-trim direct from contracted Ningbo home-appliance plants — by grade, by color, never mixed.
Sort & wash
Manual sort + density float for stubborn cases. Cold wash for surface dust, hot wash only when needed.
Shred & dry
Granulated to ~6 mm flake, hot-air dried below 0.3% moisture before extrusion.
Extrude & pelletize
Single-screw vented extruder with 80-mesh filter, water-cooled strand-cut pelletizer, optional twin-screw for filled grades.
QC & bag
MFI / density / ash sampled per batch. 25 kg PP woven bag or 1-ton FIBC. Grade label sealed before storage.
What We're NOT
We don't hold GRS, FDA, RoHS or REACH SVHC certificates — those audits cost more than a small factory like ours can carry, and we'd rather pass that saving to you in price. If your end-customer needs those documents, we'll point you to certified mills. If they just need clean reliable recycled resin at a fair price — that's exactly what we make.
