We're not a 15,000-ton mill. We're a small family workshop in Ningbo that turns clean small-home-appliance scrap into reliable recycled pellets, one container at a time.
From a Side Yard to a Working Pellet Line
GreenPoly started as a side yard next to a Ningbo small-appliance assembly plant. We collected their off-spec injection runs, runner scrap and edge trim, ran them back through a basic extruder, and sold the pellets to local toy and stationery factories.
Ten years later we're still small — one pelletizing line for ABS / HIPS, one for PP, one shared line for GPPS. About 300 tons a month total. But the input source stayed the same: clean, segregated, traceable scrap from named home-appliance export factories around Beilun and Cixi.
What changed is the buyer side. Today we ship containers to compounders, injection molders and traders in Vietnam, Indonesia, India, Pakistan, Türkiye, Egypt and the EU. Same workshop, same boss on WhatsApp, same input material — just packed for the world.
Where Our Pellets Actually Come From
Most "recycled pellets" on Alibaba are blended from random mixed-color, mixed-grade waste — which is why the MFI swings 30% batch to batch. We don't work that way.
Our raw input is contracted from four well-known small home-appliance export factories in Ningbo. They make products for European and North American retailers — kettles, fans, vacuum cleaners, hair dryers. The off-spec parts and edge trim they generate are clean, single-grade, single-color, and traceable to the OEM.

- ✓Off-spec OEM scrap = the original resin grade was good quality to start with.
- ✓Color is segregated at source — we don't dye over contamination.
- ✓MFI typically swings less than 12% batch-to-batch on the same grade code.
